The room is fully furnished with a large desk, lots of cupboard space and a double bed. You will have access to your own private bathroom with bath and shower.
The flat has a spacious living/dining area and kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine etc.
We have wireless broadband which we share the cost of each month.
We are an English girl and Turkish guy and we are both studying and working. We are looking for a flatmate who is easy going, not too messy and not too noisy.
The room is going to be available from the 16th June.
Rent is £400 pm + bills, which are around £35 which includes everything (electricity, internet, water).
