I have a medium double studio with attached ensuite bathroom for sale at Sir Charles Grove Hall in Manchester.
I have rented this room through www.libertyliving.com (http://libertyliving.com/residence.php?id=23&city=Manchester).
Posession of this room is from September 2009 for 51 weeks. This contract may be renewed at the end of the year if you wish (but are not obligated to). Liberty Living will have the appropriate details.
As listed on the Liberty Living website (which I have pasted below), the pricing is as follows. I have already paid for the deposit, so you will be saving this amount and not have to pay for this again.
* Room Type: Medium Double Studio
* Cost Per Week: £153.00
* Contract Length: 51 Weeks
* Single Payment Option (Inc. 2% discount): £7,646.94 on contract start date (middle of September 2009), OR
* Instalment Payment Option: 1st: £3,121.20 due on start date, 2nd: £3,121.20 due 18th Jan 2010, 3rd: £1,560.60 due 19th April 2010 = Total = £7,803.00 (thus a little more if paid in 3 installments)
I had previously rented this room because I was planning on attending law school at the University of Manchester in September of this year. However due to unforeseen family circumstances, I am forced to forgo my academic studies until further notice, and remain in Canada for the remainder of this year. Since I have already signed the contract with LIberty Living I am not able to receive a refund and thus need to find a new tenant to assume my contract.
