- a bathroom renovated in November 2006, with toilet, shower, washbasin,
- No washer/dryer, as somebody in the building can take care or your laundry (washing and ironing) for a very modest price.

- High speed Internet connection available through WIFI if you bring your laptop (+ 40 €/week).
